The Council of Ontario Universities (COU) is launching the report, Change Agent – Ontario’s Universities: Transforming Communities, Transforming Lives, with the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities, key community partners and students. The report provides an overview of the diverse range of social, cultural and economic benefits that Ontario’s universities continue to bring to the province.
