This report examines the quality of space at Ontario universities and concludes that, overall, buildings in the university sector are in poor condition, as measured by the Facilities Condition Index. The report was compiled by the Task Force of the Council of Senior Administrative Officers and the Ontario Association of Physical Plant Administrators.
