This report makes a number of recommendations towards the creation of an online learning institute in Ontario. The document responds to the Special Advisor to Minister’s document, What I Heard, and provides a number of recommendations to the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities to ensure the Online Learning Institute adds value to Ontario’s current postsecondary system.
